The HOME Catalog is a suite of building plans chosen to fit existing city lots and to meet the demand for a variety of new homes. Each plan has been pre-reviewed by the City of Fort Wayne, and the plans are available at no charge for participants in the A Lot to Love program and for a small user fee for use on privately owned lots.

Builders participating in the A Lot to Love program should contact the City via cd@cityoffortwayne.org  to find out if you are eligible to receive a free set of construction plans for the home design selected for your project. 
If you are interested in building a HOME Catalog design in Fort Wayne without assistance from the City, order the free set of marketing plans as your first step in purchasing a permit set. You will receive a link to the complementary marketing plans along with instructions for requesting full architectural drawings.
