The Avocet is a compact and versatile plan offering a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath base layout with an optional primary suite addition for increased flexibility. Available as a freestanding cottage, duplex, or townhouse, it provides valuable attainable housing for roommates, couples, or small families.

An alternative upper-floor layout with two private bathrooms is also available, creating a more desirable roommate configuration. With multiple plan configurations and corresponding elevations, the Avocet offers the flexibility to create diverse streetscapes while meeting a variety of housing needs. Its adaptable design makes it a dependable option for filling housing gaps in a wide range of neighborhood contexts.

Alternate Configurations (optional):
a. Both units may be built with 1.5 baths (per right unit) or with 2.5 baths (per left unit).
b. Either kitchen layout may be used in either unit.
c. Optional first-floor primary suite may be built with either unit, neither unit, or both units
d. Plan can be built as a single unit.
