The Briartown Cottages are a demonstration project in partnership with Community Development Corporation of Bentonville/Bella Vista. These four Accessory Dwelling Units in Bentonville, Arkansas were developed thanks to a grant from the Walton Family Foundation. The plans are available at no cost for use in the Northwest Arkansas Region. These ADUs are perfect for backyard use or as components of a pocket neighborhood.
