Carroll is a house-sized missing middle building designed under the International Building Code, containing four one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments. Its balanced mix of units meets the needs of a variety of households and price points, from singles to small families. With its modest scale, Carroll blends comfortably into residential neighborhoods while delivering six much-needed homes in the footprint of a large house. Best suited for larger parcels where at least two buildings can share a common green space, Carroll creates community as well as gentle density.
